how we started
MYCO Formations Journey
Established in 2014, Registered Office (UK) Ltd was created with the aim of helping every kind of prospective business owner start their own ventures with ease.
By offering competitive pricing and excellent customer service, we had the ability to support them through every step of the process.
2015
We started off with a single office in Ipswich, but our locations continued to grow year-on-year across the country.
2016
Our first Edinburgh office opened at 101 Rose Street South Lane in June, followed by our first Central London office at 85 Great Portland Street in October.
2017
We opened our second Edinburgh location at 64 Cumberland Street in July and moved to our new central Ipswich office on Queen Street in November.
2018
In April, we opened our second Central London office at 63-66 Hatton Garden and by December, had opened our third central London location at 7 Bell Yard.
2019
Our team grew alongside our number of locations, nearly doubling in size.
2020
In October, we opened our fourth London location which offered new meeting room space.
2021
In January, we opened our new Ipswich Head Office which also included meeting room space and a business lounge.
2022
In February, we opened our new Scotland Head Office in Edinburgh, offering our Scottish clients meeting room space in the capital.
2023
We’ve started a new long-term project to rebuild our computer systems. We’re also working on several new projects, so the company can continue its growth in the future.
2024
We are continuing to revamp our websites and operational systems while actively expanding our office services and address options.

How we’re going
We now consist of over 50 employees with over 100 years combined experience in the industry.
We’re proud to be able to offer more locations across the country and the ability for people to register companies in England, Wales and Scotland. Our client base is diverse and varied, with over 50,000 global clients, due to our wide range of services and secure UK company addresses to trade both nationally and internationally with.
Our growth doesn’t stop here as we want to carry on providing new business owners with a quick and easy way to start their new adventure. In 2023, we’ve started to rebuild our computer systems which is a new long-term project that will benefit the team as well as our clients. We’re also looking forward to several other new projects which will support our growth in the future.
