If you require a hard copy of a letter that has been scanned, please notify us within two weeks of the upload date via your client portal. We will forward the original to your mailing address for a fee of £0.50 plus postage per item.

Yes, you can use our Registered Office Address as both your official registered address and your business address. To do this, simply sign up for our ‘Business’ or ‘International’ package. Alternatively, you can add our ‘Virtual Business Address’ service later through our client portal.

To complete the process, all Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide one each of the following: One Government Issued Photo ID and One Proof of Address dated within the last three months, preferably a Bank Statement.

In addition, the account holder and the payment cardholder (if different from the account holder) will also be required to provide valid Photo ID for verification purposes.
