You can choose to have your mail forwarded to your preferred address, scanned and emailed to you, or collected in person if you’re nearby.

Our Virtual Business Address package cannot be used as a Registered Office Address or Director Service Address. However, if you purchase our Virtual Business Plus package, this can be used as your Virtual Business Address, Registered Office Address and Director Service Address.

Getting started is simple! Just select your preferred address, sign up online, provide your ID, and you’re all set!

To complete the process, the account holder, the payment cardholder (if different), and all Company Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide the following: one Government-issued photo ID and one proof of address dated within the last three months, preferably a bank statement.

Proof of ID accepted:

• Passport (UK or foreign)
• UK Driving Licence (full or provisional, photocard)
• National Identity Card (for EEA or Swiss nationals)

Proof of Address accepted:
(These must contain your full name and be dated within the last three months. Abbreviations of your name may not be accepted. Please note: we do not accept Proof of Address addressed to businesses.)

• Utility bill (gas, electric, landline phone bill)
• Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement

The cost of forwarding official and business mail to you is:

• Letters at £0.50 per item + Royal Mail 1st class postal charges.
• Parcels at £5 per item + Royal Mail Tracked postal charges.

Yes, we accept parcels at 167-169 Great Portland Street (London); 50 Princes Street (Ipswich); and 5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh) offices. Parcels should be addressed to your business name, not exceed standard shoebox dimensions (35cm x 25cm x 13cm), and weigh no more than 3kg. Handling fees are £5 per parcel for collection or forwarding, plus postage. Oversized or overweight parcels may incur additional charges or be refused. No, unfortunately our virtual office locations are not eligible for a ‘Google Business’ profile on Google. However, other online business directories might allow our locations to be used.
