Our meeting room prices in London, Edinburgh, and Ipswich are as follows:

• 167–169 Great Portland Street, W1 (London):
4 meeting rooms to seat 4, 8, or 10 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £40 +VAT per hour (8-person room)
– £50 +VAT per hour (10-person room)

• 85 Great Portland Street, W1 (London):
1 meeting room to seat up to 4 people
– £20 +VAT per hour

• 7 Bell Yard, WC2 (London):
1 meeting room to seat up to 6 people
– £30 +VAT per hour

• 5 South Charlotte Street, EH2 (Edinburgh):
3 meeting rooms to seat 4, 8, or 12 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £40 +VAT per hour (8-person room)
– £60 +VAT per hour (12-person room)

• 50 Princes Street, IP1 (Ipswich):
2 meeting rooms to seat 8 or 10 people
– £40 +VAT per hour (8-person room)
– £50 +VAT per hour (10-person room)

Please note: For non-clients, an additional charge applies — £10 +VAT per hour at all locations except 7 Bell Yard, where the surcharge is £15 +VAT per hour.

The Virtual Business Plus package includes a virtual business address, a registered office address, and a director’s service address. This 3-in-1 package is designed to provide comprehensive support for your business presence.

All mail sent to your virtual business address, registered office address, and director’s service address will be handled by our team. We can either forward your mail to your preferred address or scan and email it to you, depending on your preference.

Mail within UK is forwarded daily.
International mail is sent twice a week.

Yes. All we ask is that you let us know when you are coming in so we can ensure your mail is ready for collection.

The cost of forwarding official and business mail to you is:

• Letters at £0.50 per item + Royal Mail 1st class postal charges.
• Parcels at £5 per item + Royal Mail Tracked postal charges.

To complete the process, all Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide one each of the following: One Government Issued Photo ID and One Proof of Address dated within the last three months, preferably a Bank Statement.

In addition, the account holder and the payment cardholder (if different from the account holder) will also be required to provide valid Photo ID for verification purposes.

Proof of ID accepted:

• Passport (UK or foreign)
• UK Driving Licence (full or provisional, photocard)
• National Identity Card (for EEA or Swiss nationals)

Proof of Address accepted:
(These must contain your full name and be dated within the last three months. Abbreviations of your name may not be accepted. Please note: we do not accept Proof of Address addressed to businesses.)

• Utility bill (gas, electric, television, landline phone bill)
• Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement

Yes, we accept parcels at 167-169 Great Portland Street (London); 50 Princes Street (Ipswich); and 5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh) offices. Parcels should be addressed to your business name, not exceed standard shoebox dimensions (35cm x 25cm x 13cm), and weigh no more than 3kg. Handling fees are £5 per parcel for collection or forwarding, plus postage. Oversized or overweight parcels may incur additional charges or be refused. No, unfortunately our virtual office locations are not eligible for a ‘Google Business’ profile on Google. However, other online business directories might allow our locations to be used.

Yes, the virtual business address can be used for your business bank account, invoices, marketing materials, and other official documents. It provides a professional and consistent address for all your business needs.
