A business call answering service ensures that all your incoming calls are answered professionally, providing your clients with a positive experience and ensuring no important calls are missed. Our trained operators handle your calls, take messages, and forward them as needed, allowing you to focus on running your business.

Our Telephone Answering Service operates between 9am-5:25pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

You can choose either a London (020), Edinburgh (0131) or Ipswich (01473) phone number which you can either use as your own number or you can divert calls to it when you are busy. When your number is called, we answer it in your company name. We then let the caller know they are through to reception and that your phone extension is busy. We will take a message and their contact information, which are all immediately uploaded to your online admin account and sent to you by email and via the MYCO smartphone app.

Our goal is to have your line up and running within just one hour of receiving your payment and verified Know Your Customer (KYC) documents. Orders placed outside of our standard working hours will be processed promptly upon receipt, though there may be a slight delay due to additional processing requirements.

Unlike some of our competitors, here at MYCO Works we do not charge per call. Once you pay your annual fee for our Telephone Answering Service there will be no further charges.

We take confidentiality very seriously. All our operators are trained in data protection and privacy protocols. Additionally, we use secure systems to handle and store your information, ensuring it is protected at all times.

We will be adding a call forwarding service in the near future. All clients will be notified when this new service becomes available.

To complete the process, all Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide one each of the following: One Government Issued Photo ID and One Proof of Address dated within the last three months, preferably a Bank Statement.

Proof of ID’s accepted:

• Passport (UK or foreign)
• UK Driving Licence (full or provisional, photocard)
• National Identity Card (for EEA or Swiss nationals)

Proof of Address accepted:
(These must contain your full name and must be dated within the last three months. Abbreviations of your name may not be accepted. Please note we do not accept Proof of Address addressed to Businesses.)

• Utility bill (gas, electric, television, landline phone bill)
• Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement

No, we do not automatically renew any of our services. We send a renewal email approx. a month before an annual renewal is due. These are followed by several reminders if action has not been taken.
