Meeting Rooms

If you’re an existing client, simply log in to your client portal and select the ‘Meeting Space’ tab. You’ll be prompted to register, after which you can book your preferred time slot. Clients on our Business or International packages also benefit from reduced meeting room rates.

Meeting rooms are now also available to non-clients at a higher rate. If you’re a guest, you’ll need to register first via the Skedda system, then follow the steps to make your booking.

We offer meeting rooms in several prime locations:

• Central London (West End and the Strand)
• Edinburgh (South Charlotte Street)
• Ipswich (Princes Street)

These locations are easily accessible and equipped with modern amenities to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

Our meeting room prices in London, Edinburgh, and Ipswich are as follows:

• 167–169 Great Portland Street, W1 (London):
2 meeting rooms to seat 4 or 6 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £30 +VAT per hour (6-person room)

• 85 Great Portland Street, W1 (London):
1 meeting room to seat up to 4 people
– £20 +VAT per hour

• 7 Bell Yard, WC2 (London):
1 meeting room to seat 4 or 6 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £30 +VAT per hour (6-person room)

• 5 South Charlotte Street, EH2 (Edinburgh):
3 meeting rooms to seat 4, 8, or 12 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £40 +VAT per hour (8-person room)
– £60 +VAT per hour (12-person room)

• 50 Princes Street, IP1 (Ipswich):
2 meeting rooms to seat 4, 6, 8 or 10 people

– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £30 +VAT per hour (6-person room)
– £40 +VAT per hour (8-person room)
– £50 +VAT per hour (10-person room)

Please note: For non-clients, an additional charge applies — £10 + VAT per hour at all locations. At 7 Bell Yard, 167–169 Great Portland Street, and 50 Princes Street (6-person room), the surcharge is £15 + VAT per hour.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled through the Skedda system. If you need to make changes to an existing booking, please contact our team directly and we’ll do our best to assist you. Cancellation terms may apply.

No, you don’t need to purchase a specific package to book a meeting room.
Meeting rooms are available to both clients and non-clients. Clients who purchase our ‘Business’ or ‘International’ packages receive discounted rates and can book directly through their client portal. Non-clients are also welcome to book at a slightly higher rate by registering through our Skedda booking system.
