The Business Package from MYCO Formations offers a complete solution for startups, including company formation with all official documents, a registered office and director’s service address for 12 months, and business mail handling with forwarding or collection. It also provides access to meeting rooms, online account management, and full support via email, phone, and live chat. With a £20 (+VAT) postal deposit for mail services, this package helps new businesses establish a professional presence and stay compliant with ease.

The Business Package is half-price for the first year for new clients, costing only £99.99 for the first year, which includes a 50% discount. A £20 (+VAT) postal deposit is also required to cover the cost of forwarding business mail.

The £20 (+VAT) postal deposit covers the cost of forwarding your business mail. This deposit ensures that your mail is sent to you promptly and efficiently. You will be notified when the deposit is low and needs to be topped up.

• 167–169 Great Portland Street, W1 (London):
2 meeting rooms to seat 4 or 6 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £30 +VAT per hour (6-person room)

• 85 Great Portland Street, W1 (London):
1 meeting room to seat up to 4 people
– £20 +VAT per hour

• 7 Bell Yard, WC2 (London):
1 meeting room to seat 4 or 6 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £30 +VAT per hour (6-person room)

• 5 South Charlotte Street, EH2 (Edinburgh):
3 meeting rooms to seat 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 people
– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)
– £30 +VAT per hour (6-person room)
– £40 +VAT per hour (8-person room)
– £50 +VAT per hour (10-person room)
– £60 +VAT per hour (12-person room)

• 50 Princes Street, IP1 (Ipswich):
2 meeting rooms to seat 4, 6, 8 or 10 people

– £20 +VAT per hour (4-person room)

Please note: For non-clients, an additional charge applies — £10 + VAT per hour at all locations. At 7 Bell Yard, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5 South Charlotte Street and 50 Princes Street (6-person room), the surcharge is £15 + VAT per hour.

As part of the Business Package, you can book meeting rooms at any of our locations, regardless of the business address you select.

The cost of forwarding business mail to you by 1st Class mail is £0.50p per item + postal charges. We do not get proof of postage for mail.

To complete the process, the account holder, the payment cardholder (if different), and all Company Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide the following: one Government-issued photo ID and one proof of address dated within the last three months, preferably a bank statement.

Proof of ID accepted:

• Passport (UK or foreign)
• UK Driving Licence (full or provisional, photocard)
• National Identity Card (for EEA or Swiss nationals)

Proof of Address accepted:
(These must contain your full name and be dated within the last three months. Abbreviations of your name may not be accepted. Please note: we do not accept Proof of Address addressed to businesses.)

• Utility bill (gas, electric, landline phone bill)
• Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement

Yes, we accept parcels at 167–169 Great Portland Street (London), 50 Princes Street (Ipswich), and 5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh). Parcels should be addressed to your business name.
Please note that goods are not insured while on our premises.
We can offer parcel dispatch or collection, depending on size and weight. Oversized or overweight parcels may be refused.
