The Business Package from MYCO Formations offers a complete solution for startups, including free company formation with all official documents, a registered office and director’s service address for 12 months, and business mail handling with forwarding or collection. It also provides access to meeting rooms, online account management, and full support via email, phone, and live chat. With a £20 postal deposit for mail services, this package helps new businesses establish a professional presence and stay compliant with ease.

The Business Package is half-price for the first year for new clients, costing only £104.99 for the first year, which includes a 50% discount. A £20 postal deposit is also required to cover the cost of forwarding business mail.

The £20 postal deposit covers the cost of forwarding your business mail. This deposit ensures that your mail is sent to you promptly and efficiently. You will be notified when the deposit is low and needs to be topped up.

Our meeting room prices in London, Edinburgh, and Ipswich, are as follows:

We charge £20 +VAT for our four-space meeting room, £30 +VAT for our six-space meeting room, £40 +VAT for an eight-space meeting room and £50 per hour +VAT for a ten-space meeting room.

As part of the Business Package, you can book meeting rooms at any of our locations, regardless of the business address you select.

The cost of forwarding business mail to you by 1st Class mail is £0.50p per item + postal charges. We do not get proof of postage for mail.

To complete the process, all Officers including Corporate Officers (except Secretaries) will need to provide one each of the following: One Government Issued Photo ID and One Proof of Address dated within the last three months, preferably a Bank Statement.

In addition, the account holder and the payment cardholder (if different from the account holder) will also be required to provide valid Photo ID for verification purposes.

Proof of ID accepted:

• Passport (UK or foreign)
• UK Driving Licence (full or provisional, photocard)
• National Identity Card (for EEA or Swiss nationals)

Proof of Address accepted:
(These must contain your full name and be dated within the last three months. Abbreviations of your name may not be accepted. Please note: we do not accept Proof of Address addressed to businesses.)

• Utility bill (gas, electric, television, landline phone bill)
• Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement

Yes, we accept parcels at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 85 Great Portland Street, and 7 Bell Yard (London); 50 Princes Street (Ipswich); and 5 South Charlotte Street (Edinburgh) offices. Parcels should be addressed to your business name, not exceed standard shoebox dimensions (35cm x 25cm x 13cm), and weigh no more than 3kg. Handling fees are £5 per parcel for collection or forwarding, plus postage. Oversized or overweight parcels may incur additional charges or be refused. Once you purchase the Business Package, you will receive login details for the client portal where you can view and update company details, change account settings, receive notifications, and purchase additional services.
