Our meeting rooms are available to both clients and non-clients.
Clients with any of our Virtual ‘Business’ or ‘International’ services can book meeting rooms at a preferred rate via their client portal.
Non-clients are also welcome to hire meeting space at a higher rate by registering and booking through our Skedda system.

At our 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh (EH2) location, we have three meeting rooms available:

Clients:

• 4-person room – £20 per hour +VAT
• 6-person room – £30 per hour +VAT
• 8-person room – £40 per hour +VAT
• 10-person room – £50 per hour +VAT
• 12-person room – £60 per hour +VAT

Non-clients:

• 4-person room – £30 per hour +VAT
• 6-person room – £45 per hour +VAT
• 8-person room – £50 per hour +VAT
• 10-person room – £60 per hour +VAT
• 12-person room – £70 per hour +VAT

Clients can book directly through their client portal. Non-clients can register and book through our external booking system.

Our Meeting Rooms have to be booked for a minimum of 1 hour. There is no maximum time limit.

Our meeting rooms are available from Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:30pm, excluding bank holidays.

We have three different-sized private meeting rooms to suit all requirements, comfortably sitting between 4-12 people.

We have three private meeting rooms available for hire at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled through the Skedda system. If you need to make changes to an existing booking, please contact our team directly and we’ll do our best to assist you. Cancellation terms may apply.

If you’re an existing client, simply log in to your client portal and select the ‘Meeting Space’ tab. You’ll be prompted to register, after which you can book your preferred time slot. Clients on our Business or International packages also benefit from reduced meeting room rates.

Meeting rooms are now also available to non-clients at a higher rate. If you’re a guest, you’ll need to register first via the Skedda system, then follow the steps to make your booking.

We have contemporary, unbranded meeting rooms available with free WIFI, TV, kitchen and toilet facilities.

We provide free tea & coffee to our clients registered at our 5 South Charlotte Street office. We also have a fully equipped kitchen that you can use.
