At our 167-169 Great Portland Street, London location, we charge the following for our meeting rooms:

Clients:

• 4-person room – £20 per hour +VAT
• 6-person room – £30 per hour +VAT

Non-clients:

• 4-person room – £30 per hour +VAT
• 6-person room – £45 per hour +VAT

Clients can book directly through their client portal. Non-clients can register and book through our external booking system.

A virtual office provides businesses with a prestigious London address without the need for a physical office space. This service includes mail handling, a professional business address, and access to meeting rooms.

Having a virtual office in London enhances your business’s credibility with a prestigious address. It also offers cost savings compared to renting physical office space and provides flexibility for businesses of all sizes.

Our virtual office is in the West End on Great Portland Street. This prime location offers excellent accessibility and prestige.

If you’re an existing client, simply log in to your client portal and select the ‘Meeting Space’ tab. You’ll be prompted to register, after which you can book your preferred time slot. Clients on our Business or International packages also benefit from reduced meeting room rates.

Meeting rooms are now also available to non-clients at a higher rate. If you’re a guest, you’ll need to register first via the Skedda system, then follow the steps to make your booking.

Our meeting rooms come with free Wi-Fi, modern furnishings, TV, kitchen facilities, and complimentary tea and coffee. They are designed to facilitate productive meetings in a professional environment.

Meeting rooms must be booked for a minimum of one hour. There is no maximum booking limit, and rooms can be reserved for multiple days if needed.

Our meeting rooms are available from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding bank holidays.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled through the Skedda system. If you need to make changes to an existing booking, please contact our team directly and we’ll do our best to assist you. Cancellation terms may apply.
