If you’re an existing client with either the Virtual ‘Business’ or ‘International’ package, you are eligible to book meeting space, simply log in to your client portal and click on the ‘Meeting Space’ tab. You’ll then be prompted to register and can proceed to book your preferred time slot.

Meeting rooms are now also available to non-clients at a higher rate. If you’re a guest, you’ll need to register first via the Skedda system, then follow the steps to make your booking.

Our meeting rooms come with free Wi-Fi, modern furnishings, TV, kitchen facilities, and complimentary tea and coffee. They are designed to facilitate productive meetings in a professional environment.

Meeting rooms must be booked for a minimum of one hour. There is no maximum booking limit, and rooms can be reserved for multiple days if needed.

Our meeting rooms are available from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding bank holidays.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled through the Skedda system. If you need to make changes to an existing booking, please contact our team directly and we’ll do our best to assist you. Cancellation terms may apply.
