Clients who sign up to any of our packages which include a yearly Virtual Business Address service are eligible to hire our meeting room.

We charge £30 per hour +VAT for our 6-person meeting room at our 7 Bell Yard location.

Our Meeting Rooms have to be booked for a minimum of 1 hour.

Our meeting rooms are available from Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:30pm, excluding bank holidays.

We have one private meeting room available for hire at 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR.

Our meeting rooms are equipped with modern amenities including high-speed internet, presentation equipment (TV), toilet facilities and comfortable seating.

Our meeting rooms are bookable online via your account admin panel under the tab titled ‘Meeting Space’. This tab will only appear if you are eligible to book a meeting room.

You can also reserve a meeting space on the go by downloading our ‘MYCO Meeting’ app on Android or the App store.

Bookings are not official until you have received a confirmation email from us.

We provide free tea & coffee to our clients registered at our 7 Bell Yard, London office.

While Bell Yard itself does not have parking facilities, there are nearby parking options within walking distance. We can provide guidance on the best parking solutions upon request.
